Order Processing Time
Standard in-stock orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days, some in-stock items may ship within 1 business day and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Orders containing out-of-stock items, custom products, or items from our partner warehouses may require additional processing time. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated delivery time.
Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through UPS, DPD and PostNL, ensuring reliable and timely deliveries. Once dispatched, you can track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking system.
Estimated Shipping Time:
Within the EU: 2–5 business days.
Outside the EU: 5-10 business days.
Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates. If any delays occur, you will receive an email with an updated delivery schedule.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping: Netherlands.
Fixed shipping rate within EU: €25.
Worldwide shipping: €100.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product will be billed to the customer.
Upon receiving a freight shipment, carefully inspect all contents before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage, it must be reported on the delivery receipt before signing. Once you have signed and accepted the freight shipment, AXI Performance and the freight company are no longer liable for damages not documented at the time of delivery.

Cancelled orders:
You can cancel your order before it was dispatched (one work days after you made an order). We will carry refund in 14-days period. Pay attention that commission of payment system are non-refundable.
If goods have been already transferred to the postal company you will have to receive the package and send it back by yourself. In this case all the postal costs are expenses of customer.
RETURNS:
At AXI Performance, we are dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We offer a straightforward and reliable return and exchange process.
Return Eligibility & Process:
The return must be done within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receiving the items, not later.
To initiate a return, register your request via our contact form, including your order number and the items you wish to return.
Our support team will respond with further instructions.
You may send the items back using any shipping method of your choice. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, in a new and resalable condition.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
Returns related to defects, damage, fitment issues, or other flaws will require additional inspection and evaluation.
If returning an incorrect part or an item purchased in error, it must not be assembled, installed, or modified. Any item that has been used, fully, or partially installed is non-returnable.
Payment refund:
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Payment refunds may take several days to process, depending on your bank. We will carry refund if the above-stated conditions are met. Refund of money can be done only within 60-days period after the order payment. Pay attention that postage costs, customs fees and commission of payment system are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Not all items are eligible for return.
Custom-made items or special order (non-stock) items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
These products are made according to customer specifications and cannot be resold.
Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Warranty Claims:
Returns, refunds, or exchanges under this policy do not apply to warranty claims.
